Great Plates 2026 Is Here

Great Plates season is one of our favorite times of year in Northern Colorado. It’s a chance to gather around the table, try something new (or revisit a favorite), and support our community in a meaningful way.

At Hot Corner Concepts, we’re proud to participate again this year at Comet Chicken, Big Al’s Burgers and Dogs, and Austin’s American Grill. Each location is featuring special menus created just for Great Plates 2026 — thoughtfully crafted, made from scratch, and designed to give you a true taste of what we do best.

Here’s what we’re serving:

Austin’s American Grill

From fresh seafood to slow-roasted prime rib, Austin’s is bringing variety, comfort, and scratch-made flavor to Great Plates this year.

3-Course Dinner for 1 – $25

Course 1: Choice of soup OR salad
Course 2: Salmon Florentine – grilled salmon, sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers, Marcona almonds in white wine, finished with a balsamic reduction. Choice of side.
Course 3: Salted caramel bread pudding OR chocolate mousse

Course 1: Choice of soup OR salad
Course 2: Prime Rib – A 10-oz. cut of slow-roasted Certified Angus prime rib, served au jus with your choice of side. While supplies last.

Course 1: Choice of soup OR salad
Course 2: Choose two of the following:

• Rotisserie Tri Tip – Seasoned and slow roasted, topped with brandy cream sauce, served with your choice of side

• Rotisserie Chicken Dinner (Half Chicken) – All-natural Red Bird chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, apple coleslaw

• Harvest Green Salad with Salmon Quinoa Cakes – Mixed greens, fried Brussels sprouts, red quinoa, bleu cheese, radishes, Marcona almonds, bourbon vinaigrette
• Chicken Pot Pie – Flaky pastry crust, wedge of cornbread, and side salad
• Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap – Rotisserie chicken, mixed greens, tomato, bacon, ranch in a chipotle tortilla, served with fries

Made from 60% beef and 40% bacon, topped with American cheese, lettuce, pickle, tomato, onion, and sauce.
